Lexus came to us as a client looking to define a new generation of in-car experiences that aimed to set a new benchmark for what an elegant intuitive interface could be. I led a team of designers working through the digital and physical aspects as we built a fully ground-up interface philosophy and working cockpit prototype inside a production Lexus NX. I was also directly responsible for all physical HMI, designing both the interface points/UX, and the steering wheel design and UX.

The design process partnership are still confidential at this time, but key principles went into production with the launch of Toyota/Lexus 2021 HMI refresh.
